Account information: name, email address, and authentication details you provide when signing up. Billing information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Business data: the leads, contacts, notes, quotes, and other records you enter into the CRM. Usage data: log information, device identifiers, and interaction data that help us operate and secure the Service.

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, authenticate users, communicate with you about your account, monitor for abuse and security threats, and improve features. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as payment processing via Stripe and cloud hosting), under agreements that limit their use of your data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Each tenant's business data is isolated and not shared across accounts.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure or cancellation, we may delete your business data after a reasonable period. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant-level data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable measures.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact the Service operator. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service or communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
