Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business account you create. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. A 3-day free trial may be offered to new accounts; trials end automatically and access is suspended until a paid subscription is active. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to access other tenants' data; reverse-engineering or scraping the Service; reselling access without permission; or using the Service in a way that disrupts or harms the platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

You retain ownership of the leads, contacts, and other data you enter. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any personal information you add. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data on your behalf as described there.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you should export your data before closing your account as we may delete it after a reasonable period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service or communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
